Using Instagram’s pinned post feature, we created a new media format, with Friskies as the first brand to use it. We produced short videos featuring cats up for adoption, pinned by influencers and on the brand’s social channels. Each video stayed pinned at the top until the cat found a home, turning media into a tool for adoption.
